The Swiss should have done better too. Who's to say they don't suffer the same affliction as the ANC. Again, we don't know enough detail so both are judged aggregatively from outside and the score is they both failed. The Swiss managed to make things even worse than if they made had just done nothing, LOL.

Orange criminal has no rationale. After all this bromance, he still backstabbed India and put 25% tariff.

India is friends with Israel so that is not reason either. He gave Russia as reason of course. It is as if US hasn't had tie ups with criminal presidents of other countries.

Quite frankly I couldnt care what other countries got
It is all about what SA got
This is what is going to affect lives and livliehoods here

Well it depends how you look at it. As an ANC elite, their friends and their families SA's "liberation" is a stunning success, they have become very wealthy with minimum effort. Same for many of the businesses cosy with ANC shareholders and a licence to rip consumers a new one; cell phone companies for example. For the common South African not so much after maybe 2008. Unemployment at record highs, corruption widespread, crime prevention, healthcare and education standards poor, economic growth low, national debt up, load shedding for most and falling per capita GDP.

The great looting movement at work, viva ANC viva.

If I recall correctly, it was a "we will not be bullied" stance. Which was quickly followed by a "do what you want, we don't care" mantra. Now that the **** has hit the fan, it's a "oh fck, what should we do" situation. Classic ANC death spiral
 
Emfuleni Municipality offices shut down over rental arrears

Operations at the Emfuleni Local Municipality came to a grinding halt on Wednesday morning after residents arriving at the Customer Care Centre were met with locked gates and a blunt notice:

“The Emfuleni offices will be locked and inaccessible from Wednesday July 30, 2025 until further notice due to non-payment of rentals.”
The shutdown, triggered by failure to pay rent for municipal premises, has intensified the crisis already plaguing the embattled municipality. In recent weeks, Emfuleni has struggled to supply diesel to its vehicle fleet, disrupting essential services such as refuse collection and firefighting. Compounding the issue, the municipality has also reportedly been battling to pay workers’ salaries on time.
