That Order stops the removal of any traders, subject to the terms stipulated in that Order. If removal was attempted by someone, it was done in the incorrect way, otherwise the Order would have deemed the removal correct. Make sense?

No, you are ill informed as always, the city and the traders reached an agreement and asked the court to make it an order so that there's no weaseling out later. That's what it says right there

As you can see in the order those traders are being allowed to apply for trading licenses, which clearly implies they had been trading without those, which is a violation of the bylaws, that is an indisputable fact, which means the municipality was well within their rights to remove them there, there is no court order that says otherwise, the fact that the Mayor and the city has chosen the soft approach does not mean they did anything illegal.

There is no court order that says the Mayor did anything illegal, which means your Cilliers Brink is just being his desperate self again.

Edit: I'd also prefer someone with a similar political nous/skill set of Helen Zille. I also don't think Steenhuisen is the best available leader for the DA out of the current talent pool.

What I like about DA supporters on this thread is that they are independent agents. Able to praise and criticize in equal measure. The ANC stooges here are given marching orders on what to support and will flip the script on a moment's notice (an ANC president built a swimming pool with public money? It was a "firepool"). There is nothing too radical, too destructive, or too insane that they won't support, as long as it is the official ANC position. And they wonder why they are the laughing stock of this place

All rulings pary politicians should be banned from using any private services and rely on what they force on their electorate

 
Reading some of the anc pr bots reasoning really makes me think some steps were skipped in the neanderthal/homosapiens evolution path

I don't think the increase was that massive or unjustified but still the correct decision and very sound advise from organised labour.

The federation argued that Prasa should use this period to rebuild public trust by positioning itself as the primary transport option for the working class.

“To achieve this, the federation urges Prasa to limit the fare increase to the prevailing inflation rate,” it said.
