People don't buy this anymore. Everyone knows this is just another corrupt scheme that will handsomely benefit some connected cadre that created a feeding trough, connected the right people to it, and rams it through. In the end, 7 cadres will all walk away with an equal share of the loot, 4 people will have a worthless "certificate", 3 photo-ops plastered on twitter and an ever-higher unemployment rate, and the cycle will start from scratch again.

That's why the ANC lost 17%. People don't believe the lies and propaganda anymore.

Clearly not ANC policies.

The black non-middleclass population will seemingly always drift towards the tribalist-nationalist ideologies of ANC/EFF/MK. Coloured non-middleclass people are finding a voice in the PA. White non-middleclass people have no voice, so they drift between what they deem to be their own ideologies, no alternatives to either the DA or VF+ (these being the only parties that seemingly don't want to chase them out of the country :ROFL: )

So you are not sure what the people are buying?

The ANC and it's splinters EFF and MK who are pushing just more radical version of the ANC policies account for over 60% of the vote.

The DA is still at 20% of the vote after the ANC lost 17%, let that sink in for a minute and maybe you can tell me what exactly are the people buying.

Plenty of middle class blacks in Gauteng vote for the DA. Not the ones who work for government, I hasten to add. Also while tribalism is strong in KZN, the ANC lost 15% as well in Gauteng which is a less tribal province.
