Looks fine to me, more or less the same standard as a tarred road, the concrete base is way more than adequate. The second contractor knows their job.

A bunch of roads in Jozi are paved. Not that I support one type of surface over the other but if traffic is going to be diverted and prohibition for heavy goods vehicles put in place, I don't see what the issue is.
