Actually properly suspending Mchunu and not just putting him on leave would be a start.

And commission of inquiry don't exactly have the best reputation here (HINT: recommendations never implemented).
Okay, sure. But what would you do to get to the root of the rot? That was Chris's moan

Noting how commissions of inquiry don't have positive rep...

I'd probably try and use a combination of SIU and IPID to look into the allegations. Maybe use parliamentary committees too?

What exactly????
When I am trying to have a civil engagement here you lot are always frothing at the mouth and throwing tantrums, the DA earlier demanded for the suspension of the Minister and for the allegations to be thoroughly investigated.

The President has listened to his GNU partners and done just that.

I was really hoping he would use his tried and trusted "Engaging with Stakeholders". Ramaphosa is losing his edge.

IPID? The same IPID that could not decide if it is the Minister or not the Minister who filed a complaint against General Mkhwanazi? That IPID?

And Parliamentary processes are going on.

Well at least you have a suggestion even if its a very poor one. IPID are useless. SIU wouldn't have the resources and likely mandate to investigate this. Parliament would be a political **** show with the ANC just voting to party orders as that's how things are decided in parliament.

I wish I lived in the alternate reality you cadres do... Sounds like utopia.

People are just moaning for the sake of moaning here. They dont have good alternatives

The interesting thing here is the ANC doesn't have a majority anymore in either Parliament itself or the committees.

LMAO. I'm sorry I'm not jumping for joy for another commission of inquiry with another set of recommendations never to be implemented.

I really apologise.

Another smash hit of yours, as with the corrupt but effective SOEs.
