That's all great, but they couldn't resist entangling it with the usual rhetoric...

“The lack of leadership is not only apparent, but appalling, and too great a risk for the country in this hour of crisis, and for the future challenges awaiting us, especially now that the country is undergoing a “soft coup” toward recolonisation through him as a Trojan Horse of the former oppressors,” the foundation said.

Not sure what's stopping him from being decisive. In the first term we thought it was secure reelection but now he's in his last term. Why doesnt he make the hard choices to get the country on track? He's still deferring to archaic comradeship putting party before country.

As for Jonas, that's nothing urgent. The US government are hostile and determined to remain so. Leave that alone and pick some of the low hanging fruit. He can fix things so that the next guy has a hard time resorting to corruption by establishing a well funded NPA, trim the cabinet, establish a truly independent anticorruption body, professionalize the public service. Stop ministers employing comrades to boards of state entities and SOEs. Hold people accountable.

How hard can that be?

Because he never had the country's interest at heart. It's always been party first. He played everyone with his charming smile.

The US may be hostile, but whose fault is that? This didn't even start with Trump, it started under Biden already. They started having enough of being smooth talked by the ANC, while colluding with their enemies.

The Jonas thing is entirely relevant, it's not about whether he was allowed in or not. It once again exposes the lies when Ramaphosa claimed that he was already doing good work as envoy.

So if he was never allowed entry, what work has he been doing and how much has he spent so far...

Did you know that bipartisan bills have been brought to congress since 2023 to discuss ANC's hostile actions towards the US?

Now we know why Trump has been saying we need to send someone to talk to him

About to potentially lose massive foreign income
1. All or a large part of our vehicle manufacturing
2. Possibly a large chunk of fresh produce
Who knows what else
Just because someone is arguably criminally negligent in sorting out an easy problem

Tarrifs are happening regardless of what we do. All countries will just have to gird their loins until the Trump madness ends, nothing to be done for it.
