Average turnaround time?
How the hell does that work? I've had my two EMS packages sitting at customs in Cape Town for over a week now with no way of contacting anyone to find out how I can get my packages. Frikkin EMS! Not airmail. There should not be delays once it gets to Cape Mail.![]()

What about this one :
1) Shipped on 2 Dec 2014 from China
2) Incomming International (sic) 23 Jan 2015 09:36 - JIMC
3) In transit 20 February 2015 20:10 - JIMC
4) ???
But I have parcels going back to July that I have not received.
