SA Post Office - We deliver parcels without delays

The South African Post Office (SAPO) has launched a new marketing campaign promising to deliver parcels without delays or problems.

“The South African Post Office now delivers parcels efficiently and without delays with the margins of error reduced to zero percent,” the SAPO said in its latest marketing campaign.

Bulldusting themselves like they have the SA public for 25 years.

I've was pleasantly surprised last month when 2 books I ordered from the US, from different stores, both arrived safely, only a week later than expected.

*goes off to order a R2 item from China to see how quickly it arrives*

Still waiting on a package from March this year.

Given up on it long time ago.

Well technically they are correct. A stolen parcel is a parcel that doesn't exist to deliver so there is no delivery delay, or a parcel delivered to the wrong person ("delivered" to a post office employees waiting hands) is still technically considered to be delivered.

Edit: Since its a marketing campaign, would it be a conspiracy theory to think this whole exercise was just for some tenderpreneur to get money for Christmas season spending.

Got my vehicle license renewal notification two weeks after it was expired (I had already renewed anyway) .. Actually, I'm quite surprised that they still send these ...

RIGHT NOW, 09:18, 9 October 2019, their track and trace for local packages are still offline, it's been a couple days, before that, almost no updates.

No one is buying their bullshit anymore, except for international postal services, who continue to use them for mail forwarding...

Lol, I am currently sitting with a parcel that has been MIA for 6 weeks.

Let's have some proof, please. How many parcels were handed in countrywide in September, and how many have reached the addressee/s. Until we have the numbers it's just a wild and unsubstantiated claim.
