Salary increase

I got 7%, other people apparently got less than me and everyone is grumbling because revenue increased by about 30% last year, thanks to us.

Revenue increased, but profit? Thats what matters at the end of the day...

Indeed, revenue and profit are two different things.

A lot of people aren't getting increases.... that is quite apparent from a number of replies in this thread.

Well, pretty sure profit did too. Expenses didnt really go up since they havent hired many new staff, and the directors have been saying that last year was a record breaking year. So pretty sure profits went up too.

Just got f**ked by a creosote pole. Despite performing well I got way below average because I've only been working here for 8 months then they pro-rata'd me because I've only been working here for 8 months. So you could say I've been double penetrated. 1.*% for me.

Yeah, I got a nice increase coming up soon. At least a 60% :)

Only problem is that I need to go out and look for it first. Busy with interviews at this stage. Is a bummer to get out of my comfort zone but I need to move up and hope so within the next 3 months.

Our average was 5.5%, but many people that work with me got 3-4% (some even 0%).

Bummer.

My previous two years increases combined where less than the expected min for each year. Business is business so I don't hold it against my employer, reason why I'm moving on as they cannot promote me to higher paying positions they don't have.

I just got 35% increase performance and 9.5% for annual increase, things are looking good!

another 9,5% annual increase on the way:)....but Bond repayments is killing me, i will gett used to it...no more entertainment budget for me...
