It will be.
I see GSMArena has changed the status of the FM Radio to "TBC". It will just be the cherry on top, if it does have the radio onboard, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Coming from a S2 Kingrob, you'll absolutely love this phone! FM Radio or no FM radio.

i'm running slimrom on my s2 with no radio. haven't had a use for phone's fm radio since we bought our bluray thing.
if the note 3 has radio, i most probably will never use it, so it doesn't bother me if it has that or not.

Here's a thought, (probably far off but worth a try )
Lets start a poll asking how many myBBers are going to certainly upgrade/ order the new note 3 when it comes out and if there is a sufficient amount of people then maybe one of the networks can contact the members and then offer us a special myBB deal, not necessarily a cheaper option but like a pre launch offer where we would get them like a week or two before the public.
You know, all for the benefit of myBB Im sure that would cause a massive buzz and influx of new member sign ups.

In times like natural disaster, you might not be able to use fancy apps like that, which require the network. FM Radio is a basic no-frills means of communication, and you're telling me that I don't need it? B!tch, please.
Also, my S2 currently has Stereo FM. If somebody tells me to tune in to some station, I don't want to not be able to, just because I upgraded my priceless S2 to some bulky piece of !@#$ that doesn't even have a Radio!
