Its difficult to brick these phones...

Can you switch off your phone? Long press power until screen goes black?

I have completed the flashed of a new firmware is it natural for it to Flash on and off that is the Samsung GALAXY S11 GT-19100???

Maybe we could get a better idea of what you are doing wrong if you post all the steps in detail that you used when flashing the new Rom.

I have been told that I need to flash it with the same firmware that was on the phone I flashed it with a different version so I'm downloading the one that was on the phone previously, I'm using the exact same steps as stated by yourself in an earlier post!

Ok so this is what I did; I reflashed with the same Firmware that did not want to boot up...Now all is fine & working (Give the men a bells) Phew so much for trying to root the phone...As for someone i know who told me to use the same version otherwise it won't work needs to go and do some homework...Almost downloaded another ROM....Thanks for all the help guys...NOW I want to root the phone because my ROM Manager & Titanium back up is not working! Any suggestions of a reliable file that I can root it with at the moment I have Odin3_v1.85 & CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXA_LP2-v5.2-CWM5...Thanks!

What firmware do you have now. Go to dialer and type in *#1234# and tell us what it says

I wasn't really sure which ROM you could use for your phone, but it turns out you can use any ROM, as long as your phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2.

However, a lot of the ROMs does not support South African English, so best to find a ROM with same firmware.

I only use the Dutch (XEN) firmware, cos both the Gingerbread and ICS ROMS work 100% on Vodacom.

You can not flash the CF-Root you posted earlier. Go download the correct one and flash away
