I have Paid version of Titanium, just as a matter of interest to avoid installing red apps is there a quicker way than installing one by one?Make sure you're not restoring any "Red" apps (system apps) from Titanium Backup

Awesome thanks for the info....You could go through your backed up apps and delete all if any backups of system apps and then do a batch restore.
I have nearly 500 backups of apps but when I do a batch restore I usually just tick the ones that I want to install (normally about 100 apps with their data) and I've never had any issues doing it that way.

Sounds awesome...I would not expect much though lolI'm on 38% now, after 18h 12m, screen 2h 56m. Battery using lulzactive was horrible, it's much better with smartassV2. To be honest I think it should be possible to squeeze out much more. Some people here have had crazy battery times.

It's me again!
Same problem with the process.android.acore stopping constantly.
....
Help please!
Then as soon as the phone comes back on again and I restore my Apex Launcher settings it starts crashing. Can't go into the dialer, contacts, whatsapp and sometimes the applications grid. I can however access Gmail, Ubersocial and the gallery without it crashing immediately.
I have no idea how to fix this, but the only thing I can think of which you seemingly did not try is to flash the CSC again. But I don't know if it will help

It's me again!
Same problem with the process.android.acore stopping constantly.
I did a wipe(data factory reset & cache) again last night before flashing the LP7 ROM via ODIN.
I then proceeded to set up the phone with my gmail details before switching it off and into download mode to root it with CF-Root.
Then downloaded Titanium Backup again and started the restore batch process. This time making sure to not include any RED apps. I also unticked apps I did not find necessary anymore(News24, Instagram, etc.) Was about 31 restores in total.
The restore finished and I did a restart of the phone as recommended by Titanium.

Also cannot answer any incoming calls. You can see who is phoning and it gives you the "rings" to accept or decline the call but the touchscreen is non-responsive. All the hardware buttons(volume, power, home) are also dead and then it gives the same process.android.acore error.
Eish.
Help please!
Well it looks like you found the problem... Do everything again except restoring Apex launcher. I have found most launchers to be very problematic.

Keep trying different ROM's. Are you using a 'Frankenstein' ROM? Maybe that's part of the trouble?
Perhaps try a custom ROM? I'm no expert, my amateur thinking is that a full custom ROM flash might give that which is missing.
Before you do that, do another full wipe, wipe cache, wipe dalvik and flash your LP7 (or different ROM), and then fix permissions and wipe cache again, and test to see if phone is working. Restore your most important apps ONE BY ONE, testing again in between. It might be a app giving trouble?
PS there is a much easier way to do a Titanium restore without having to deselect all the system (red) apps. In Titanium Backup, when you go into the 'batch' menu, scroll down to the restore section, and only choose to run 'restore missing apps with data'. The other options include system apps, which you don't want to restore (except for the 'newer versions' selection) . Even in this selection, you can still deselect whichever apps you don't want to restore.
But I recommend doing the one by one restore and testing first. If you find the guilty app, let us know, let XDA know and let the market know...
I tried flashing the fluxi kernel last night and the phone didnt want to start up. It just goes blank after the samsung logo. Had to take out the battery, enter download mode and flash the orignial kernel back :/
Will try the siyah kernel tonight.
