Did you phone Dion Wired?

Expansys is cashing in on the fact that S2 accessories are getting scarce.

Yes I called Dion wired in CW. Sadly no stock anymore.
I only found stock 1650mAh batteries by Vodacom in Waterfront (for R350!!!!)..

Is expansys better with their shipping times these days?

I'm sure somewhere in Canal Walk there is an extended battery waiting for him. :)

This will tend to drain battery a lot faster than when connected to Wifi networks however this didn't really make a difference for me anyway with this rom. There seem to be a few people on xda too that are noticing this battery drain on the official JB rom.

Right guys wish me all kinds of luck. I'm going to CW later today and going in by any cellphone related store to source me an extended battery, crazy what I will do for my S2 :wtf:.. But it is out of need so I guess that justifies it .

So far I'm going to:
Vodacom
MTN
8ta
Cell C
Dion Wired
Incredible Connection
Samsung Store
CelluCity

Any other stores I need to go check by?
Also what price can I expect to pay?

Thanks

EDIT:
AWW YEE BUDDY! Went to Dion Wired in CW and guess what. There was one extended battery by the rack close to the cashiers. So much for the sales guy telling me they are out of stock yesterday over the phone! :screwy:

I got a white S2, but took the black extended battery and it looks pretty sweet!

Cost me R380, i am happy :)

Thanks :D

The black battery cover gives a similar contrast at the back of the phone to what the black screen gives to the front of the phone.
Looks good and feels so much better in hand (coverless). Why on earth Samsung chose not to use this battery as stock is beyond logic.

A lot of people have said exactly the same thing.

Either Samsung wanted the crown for the slimmest phone, or to make more money off you.

*I sold my cover the day I got my extended battery. Feels great in ones hand.
