Just flashed Lite'ning ROM 5, All KG6 with Speedmod Kernal 2.6.35.7

So far so good, flashed from 4-2 to 5 via odin and everything seems to still be the same (cept for it forgetting where all my widgets were) Will let y'all know how it pans out.

So, 5 minutes standing in the middle of my garder like a nana, 8 sats found, none locked.... what the blurry hell am i doing wrong. I think it may be time to make one of those reset jigs and ask about the warranty!!
 
umm, soz for noob question, but which app do you use for finding sats and lockable sats?

Wow dude. I hope it doesn't resort to you having to take the phone back.

If you are in JHB, you can use my jig if you need to.

Nice! I want the desktop dock. Any idea if there's enough room for it to sit in there with a Neo Hybrid case on it?
 
Guys, a little help?

Everytime someone calls me or I call them and their number is new, it automatically saves them as "unkown" or their number on my contacts list... How do I stop this?
 
I seem to be having another problem. I'm on VillainRom 2.1 and I'm experiencing frequent loss of network connectivity (just data at times and other times a complete loss of connectivity in general). Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I'm not sure if it's related to the area that I'm in but I didn't experience it with my previous phone (i780).

Im on Lite'ning 5 and out of the blue I lost all GSM signal, rebooted and all is fine again.

I am using...
Rom: Touch X 3.2 Sp1
Kernel: Ninphetamine 2.0.5
Modem: KG6

Everything is working perfectly and GPS locks are quick with accurate navigation. Try this config?

Thanks, I'm going to try KG6 out soon.

I have the KG2 model installed. I'm going to upgrade to VillainRom 2.4 today or tomorrow. I'm still running 2.0.1 of the ninphetamine kernel as well.

For some reason my CSC is reported as unknown.:wtf:
 
Im using GPS Essentials (thx CodeMaster) and loving it, locks in about 5 seconds, get about 10-15...

My setup is as follows:

Rom: VillainROM 2.4.2 (KG6)
Kernel: Ninphetamine 2.0.4 (Somehow I felt 2.0.5 was draining my battery more than 2.0.4...)
Modem: KG6
Theme: GingerWay_BlueOcean SGS2 Port Beta5
