Just received an sms from Vodacom saying: Dear customer, for the best data performance, please use the configuration settings sent by Vodacom..what the hell is this??? Anyone else received something similar?

Most people have reported its really stable and its Official (So Touchwiz and all).

Running since yesterday morning. Been using the UK rom for the last few weeks - this is way better. Must still figure out how to get the best out of the multi window display, but everything else is just perfect. This one is a keeper.

flashed the rom.
So far so good. The only funnies i picked up were:
I thought photo sphere feature was to be included with 4.1.2 - anybody know what happened to this or how to use it - i cant find anything.
After the first boot, phone went down to 3 home screens only - resolved by rebooting again.
When i opened up the gallery, the tip on how to use it pops up, but also some accu weather stuff - after i switch the hint off, no issue.
Jewish calendar is installed - no issue - just disabled it.
The smart rotation doesn't seem to work - and also adds some lag to the rotation.
Phone seems to be running hot - might just be because of the flash process.

ouch. you have to then add them manually
Well my phone has just died. After doing a normal backup through Keis, its dead, won't switch on, won't go into factory reset mode. WTF 
Edit: Turns out the phone was just flat, but wouldn't charge from the PC, had to plug the AC power in for it to charge.
