Samsung Galaxy S3

Looks like this is it: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Desktop-Charger-Battery-Charging/dp/B0090X2OJS

Two problems with it, it wont work if you have a case on your phone & is comes with a "US Charger".

Hmm. Yup there are other charger docks without the side walls.

But if it comes with the spare battery it's quite cheap. You can always email them to confirm I guess.

Already have a spare battery otherwise I would've bought this. BTW spare batteries and docks (generic) are like 5-10 USD on dx if you're prepared to wait

Which network are on? Major problems?

Vodacom. No problems, just little things that have changed for the worse. One example is when I take a photo and want to share it, right next to the share icon the icon of the application used most often (in this case WhatsApp) would be, so you can just click it and it will send the image to WhatsApp. That has now been replaced with a trashcan for deleting the image, and a star icon has been put there, for god knows what reason.

When I open a picture in Opera Mini, I cannot directly share it. I must first save it, go to the gallery and share it from there. WHY WHY take away little things like that

And the improvements? bah. MultiWindow? Who the fukc ever uses that? And it only works with certain apps.

Lost track of this thread after page 40 something.

Dont know if this has been discussed :

http://www.androidauthority.com/galaxy-s3-sudden-death-mainboard-issue-141783/

seems like the mb on some units packs up after 6 months

Im asking cos i have an upgrade in Jan and its either the S3 or Xperia T

I was affected by this. Phone is at Smartlab with Samsung refusing to fix this factory defect under 'warranty' because the phone was bought (legitimately, reflects under manufacturer warranty on Smartlab systems) in Thailand.

They want to charge about R2500 for a mainboard and labour for a phone that completely died after 8 days of use (not even 6 months) - lets not forget as a result of a FACTORY DEFECT; one which should have been dealt with by a worldwide recall of affected sub-models.

What a disgrace!
