That's the thing, how can you even state any usage as each one will be different. One will get 4 hours and the other 12 hours. Also would love to see a S7 get 15 hours video playback, will struggle to even get close to 10.

Thing is the numbers above are done in a controlled environment, so of course they will be high, but they are an indication of how the devices compare.

Much like the Fuel Consumption figures claimed by manufacturers, you should never take them literally, rather as an indication of how one compares to the last.

Dude, it's a battery. You think they're gonna give a precise figure that's related to your specific usage patterns and other variables (handset temperature/battery chemistry/vibration/uninterrupted usage/CPU draw based on other apps in RAM etc)? If you want good battery life, get a Nokia 3310.

I really do love my S7E and won't upgrade, but for anyone who doesn't have a s7e, shoooweee you are in for a treat. The screen is amazing, it kind of feels smaller in the hand than the s7e.

Samsung's Bixby assistant won't support voice commands when Galaxy S8 launches

This phone's launch is going to be quite lacklustre.

Bixby won't even be available outside North America and South Korea (I think) at launch, and even there it won't have one of the most important features.

Although I'd be curious to know how many people don't even care about Bixby.

I couldn't careless for all these voice assistants. I never use S Voice in my S7 Edge and I never use Siri in my iPad.

depends. you need to look at "existing contract expenses/prepaid expenses + monthly load repayment" VS "contract payment"

Service provider with data etc is usually the better deal. Another way is wait for people to sell unwanted upgrades on Gumtree. Picked up my S7E that way for R8k when they were going for R14k new.
