Aah okay. I use to be back in the day with Nashua, and i hated it. Never easy to deal with them, and you couldn't get any help from Vodacom.

I'll pop into CelluCity and see. Do they have the Moto Z or the G6? I'm going to pass on the S8.

I am torn on the fight between the s8 and the G6.

still not sure what to go for.
I want to handle both, and the one that feels the best in hand will be the one I go for.
wife has made up her mind, she is getting the g6.

Yeh I have been on YouTube myself on the G6. I don't do LG anymore as they no longer a supplier or part of my range, so can't get a sample of the G6, so will also have to go in and get a feel of it.
 
Baxteen, I think I'm going to go for the G6. That finger print scanner is on the right place, and the dual camera lens is great.

It's screen to body ratio is not that bad ie the Bezels, and it has a slightly bigger battery at 3300mah.

I am leaning more that way as well. the wife is 100% on the G6. I am about 70/30 on the G6.
but I want to feel the invisible button's harpic feedback, and feel the fingerprint sensor for myself first. on the s8 before I make the call

I think I'm all in on the G6. The button placement just seems, right on the money, and as I understand it, it feels a lot better in the hand than the S8. Going to try and get a feel of both bodies 1st :D

not going to lie, my main thing is battery life, and how long I can play pokemon go on it. the S7 was the best for that, even better than the Pixel and the 3T, so maybe the S8 will be better than taht G6
 
One thing I keep wondering, the Exynos 8895 chip is widely advertised to be able to record 2160P at 120FPS but the Snapdragon 835 is only capable of 2160P at 30FPS, does the Exynos model record at 120FPS or not, if not that means it's limited by the software not hardware.

Firstly you have to pre oder.!
Secondly, this us a "soft launch"
I was explained the whole set-up. by a ( regional marketing manager)
but prefer not to go to much in detail.
I pre ordered at Cellucity and Vodacom.
Thus had options.
This soft launch by Samsung, is a low key event with the hard launch later.
To phone and asked... yes they are going to tell you 5 May.
Don't you have a "go to" Voda manager /contact.
Its only pre order.
 
Vodacom Paarl have stock and it will be on sale by Wednesday.
Already 50 pre ordered items.
