Samsung Galaxy S8

I have to admit, I hate a case around a phone. It is just pointless, and takes the beauty of the phone completely away. Personally I like to get the feel of the actual phone in my hand.

It's like putting a huge condom over a naked women, and then touching her and saying mmmm, that feels different, but not in a good way :D

Front isn't scratched at all, just the back. Of course I'm not in the price range of an S8, even if I could afford it I probably wouldn't as I can't justify that much for a phone.

I just took the newer version of what I had.

R649 100 Anytime Minutes, 200mb and 200sms

Phone came with 5400mah battery pack, screen protector and phone case.

Personally think the screen protector is rubbish. Will be looking at replacing that.
 
200mb data ??? fsck that....Think i will look at Voda instead

What's the best practice for wireless charging?
Is it fine to do a like quick 10-20 min charge when battery is half full ?
Or is it best to drain it completely?

doesn't matter really.....according to the experts charging should be done to 90% max and avoid draining it completely. (But do drain it once a month :confused:)

I don't follow that, i just leave it on the charging pad at bedtime and take it off in the morning
 
I really don't get ehy people have been moaning so much about the fingerprint sensor placement?

The fact how well it works, or not, is a much bigger pain in the arse...

How are you guys experiencing it? Or should I try washing my hands? LOL
 
Do you know if the duos version will be available in South Africa? I'm fairly sure that it won't, but my SO wants independent confirmation...

Our SP does not like bringing in dual sim versions of anything... if they do have a dual sim version, it's because it only comes with a dual sim.

Thanks fanie! Luckily we are flying through Dubai soon, will pick it up then. It's just more convenient to have one phone for your work and your personal sims.
 
So, question. If my phone is on silent, because I have the Gear S2, how do I get the alarm to actually make a noise in the mornings??? This wasn't an issue on my V20 and I can't remember it being one on my S7edge :confused:
 
I use Timely as alarm on my S6 Edge, not allowing it to push notifications to the Gear S3. Timely works when the phone is on silent.
