The screen guard is horrible. Touch response now doesn't work correctly. It's no longer quick and smooth. Does anyone know if its possible to return a screen guard? The damn thing was R299. So I plan on buying the S8+ as soon as I get my iPhone 7 sold. Can anyone recommend a tempered glass screen protector and case/cover that go together. Preferably not a UAG cover, something more like the Spigen cover mentioned.
 
Go get a Xaomi or a Huawei. Samsung is overpriced crap.

My sentiments exactly.

The UAG feels secure in the hand without being too bulky.
The Body Glove 3D Screen Protector is a waste of money.
The top right corner lifted after 2 days, and is a dirt trap.
Responsiveness of the screen is still excellent though, but to be honest I have not used the device without the SP, so can't give a fair comment on how it should be.
 
Bought Samsung plastic film screen protectors form Samsung @ R130 for 2 they fit well but the Spigen case causes it to lift up at the edges because the case overlaps... Need to find something else that will work with my case.

I would advice anyone to not get this if you have a cover like spigen or UAG. Complete waste of money.
As you say, the edges lift up. This over a few days causes dirt to get stuck making it brownish dirty. The back is still ok I guess if you have that on.

Apparently you do get some that fit well with these covers. I haven't found any. And I wasn't willing to spend R400 on something that may or may not work.

So I ordered something from Aliexpress. They say it fits with most covers. Waiting for it to arrive and will update.

They may be, but the Body Glove screen protectors aren't.
What I would like is a protector that covers all the glass on the front of the screen, and not just to the edges.
That way there is nothing that could inadvertently catch or lift when in a case.

Thinking of trying to cut my other plastic one.
