Samsung i900 Omnia

I dont see it advertised anywhere - I want one. What about the Samsung Innov8?

I'm not sure if that is gray imports or not cause I have seen phone on that site for sale although the official agents have not yet release the phone. Like few days ago I mail Leaf about the Touch Pro and I was not release yet they said but it is available on cacell. Just be careful.

Thanks man. I'll hold back on the firstborn's lock of hair until I am sure - okay with you?

will this phone be available by the end of this month? you guys think this is a better option to stick to than the IPhone? I dont mind WM6.1, you can still install and use allot more applications with this phone than with the IPhone.

Have bought two phones from cacell in the past had no problems.

I heard the i900 is heavily Vodafone branded, so it will be pointless getting it from Vodacom. Apart from that Vodacom will likely "test" the phone up till 2010 before we actually see it. :P

i would never buy phones from cacell for the simple fact that they always doubled up the market price for their phones, they attempt to get grey stock thats not been net work tested in south africa and then they sell it twich as much as what they actually paid, its understandable that people tries to maximize their profit in business, but the way they sell their phones is simply a rip-off to the customers.

the i900 will be available by end of this month/begining of october, vodacom takes 4-6 weeks to test the handset, right now they are buzy testing the n96 and samsung-i8510.

n96 will be available by end october, and samsung-i8510 should be available in november.

i heard the radio ad of Samsung omnia this morning on Highveld.

dunno if that means it is available.

I shall hold back for the Innov8 in that case - lovely phone that by the looks of things. Thanks for the heads up...:)

In a month or 2 you'll be spoilt for choice, N96, Sony Experia X1, HTC Touch Pro, iPhone 3G(vomit), better take a look at all of them...

Dont want Nokia ever again, havet looked at the Sony yet, HTC is an option and no fruits for me thanks. But yes, some nice new phones coming out soon. I am a little torn between the Samsung Omnia and the INNOV8 though. Omnia looks a lot better than the INNOV8 but has fewer features. Choices, choices...
