Sansui Notebook Help

Does anyone have a Sansui Notebook and know how to enter the BIOS?
Hitting the usual Fn keys doesn't have any affect

It's a Sansui ITL 1403-I3 128GB Notebook. I've contacted the agents who have sent me loads of stuff, but it has no info on how to get into the BIOS.

Try esc or f12 without pressing the fn button
