SARS E-Filing 2019/20

I'll be storing my refund for 2021 school fees annual payment, so I have decided not to manually submit, but to rather hang tight and wait for this new auto assessment sms the media keeps talking about.....

I've been selected for verification year after year and I can do without that anxiety this year

Your status also "Assessment received"

I've been asked for supporting documentation for years and years.... hopefully this time around they skip me.

On the assessment it should show if you've been selected for verification or audit.

In the past I've been selected even the following day. Thought I was clear that year and then bamm, next day got the email.

That's crazy! Never heard of that happening before. What does your assessment this year say?

SOA will have a electronic transaction line item, and when it’s loaded for payment you’ll get a electronic refund line as well.

I don't mind making an appointment but in the letter they have stated that due to the Covid supporting docs are to be uploaded on efiling,there's also a link to upload but it is greyed out .Also the letter says amend through submitting the RAV01 ,alternatively if no need for amended submit the docs.Could the fact that I amended the details and filed the RAV01 this morning the reason the status is says CLOSED?Tried to make a booking but no option for submitting docs for bank details verification

Filed Tuesday, money in my account this morning.
I'm impressed.
 
Logged in this morning and I don't have a return issued and my tax status is compliant..

Was looking forward to getting money back this year..
