It'a rather worrying because the initial request for supporting docs should not be a generic template but rather an exact list of information that they need to audit our returns successfully. I agree that the system glitch of not being able to upload once the first round of uploading has been done is a big hindrance. It feels like the auditors are sitting in another country, you cannot speak to them or follow up directly. you just have to wait until they tell you what's up.... "don't call us, we'll call you ... when we want to"
