Doesn't help phoning them. They will just always give you the same info as the portal. They can only really help you if you have a query on missing documentation or if you need to know how to fill something in. But if the portal says 1 August you will get you payment ( for example ) the call center will say the same thing. So you really just wasting time phoning if the info is on the portal.Decided that it's time to phone them re my refund after the last call back call failed and obv they didn't call me back:

Yesterday I logged in to find Sars had removed what I had done, created an auto assessment and fully submitted it. No approve or decline. The thing is they never included the RAs which had been on their system.
We now have to resubmit and basically dispute
This fiasco would have deprived the wife of r6k in refunds

Check under the registered details section on e-filing, otherwise you would have to phone SARS. I was on hold for 2 hours the other day and while I was being helped by the consultant the line got cut....
you need to request your statement of account...the little pictures in the top right corner when you log in..the one in the middle lets you request your statement of account.How do you see the SOA ?
