In order to have a "mental breakdown" one can safely say it would only apply where there is some brain capacity. In this case there is none.

This is a anc created problem and I would like to know how many workers in all government departments are on extended sick leave with full pay. Must be thousands if you think about all SOE's, schools, SAPS, SAPOS, Eskom etc etc

The anc way of raping the country and living the life without having to work.
 
One of my neighbours lives in a R20m house, "works" for ESKOM but has not been to the office in the last 4 years or so. He got fingered in a corruption case where he and a contractor colluded to scam ESKOM to the tune of R65m or so. He turned state's witness, the whitey contractor went to jail and he went on discretionary leave at full salary and a lot of the loot. His whatsapp profile pic featured him for a time on the steps of the Bellville High Court all smiles.

It happens more than everyone thinks. Lots of entitled cadres sit at home pulling large salaries doing sweet f*ckall.

The most important question here is how did the whitey contractor end up in possession of a tender with Eskom, are those not strictly BEE? And he was supposed to turn state witness first before the cadre guy did, talk about sleeping on job...

a) This section of the leave provisions is applicable to all employment categories in xxx.

b) Any exceptional circumstances that could potentially warrant the awarding of leave where leave is not provided for within the ambit of the xxx Leave categories, the Employer can consider the awarding of Discretionary leave.

c) The employee must submit a fully substantiated motivation of the specific circumstances together with the requested number of days of absence to the Line Manager for recommendation. She is not in any of those categories.

Strange for a government that talks about equality they offend visually impaired people by calling them disabled.

I know 8 "whiteys" that never got to see inside of jail for their efforts, after defrauding their employer of millions over a period of time. I know a "whitey" that got jailed for theft at his employer. He was caught when he attempted to sell the stolen goods.

Lazy in what sense? Things that are in a BMW are found in a Kia. The only time one sees significant difference is when they step out of a 3 series and into a Polo Vivo for example.
