The problem was identified in Spain during a restoration process. AFAIK Alcatel in Spain had rectified a problem on a card....Unfortunately that is all i may say, sworn to secrecy

Well ive now got nothing this morning. Anyone else having issues? My latency was always +- 250ms to paris. Now It's ALWAYS 400ms Not good for WoW I tell you.

My imaginet was fine this morning - pinged 200'ish to bbc (was about 400 last night). Cybersmart is still in the 400's though :\

My Cybersmart was also a bit flaky this morning with ~400ms+ to the UK. Switched to webafrica and getting stable pings @ 177ms.

I am currently in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and we also lost all connectivity including cell phones. It is back now but crawling, the pings look like I am running of satellite.

lucky you...i still have to see 400ms at the best of times, i normally had +/-500ms, atm its 700-800ms.
