Well its my first post on myBB and it is probably fitting that I use it to complain about Screamer.
I am also getting the same error, actually sent an email to cancel my account a few days ago
and shockingly i haven't gotten any response. Can anyone please tell me how to cancel my screamer
account.
 
No idea if it is actualy even worth complaining anymore, but my screamer has being down since friday evening, finaly got through to there call center on monday and was told they will log a ticket, Now still till now i have no idea what is happening, I still cant access the net via my screamer account which i must say they do debit my account for without any haste what so ever.

Telkom has an problem on the interconnect for authentication. They are working on it, will post again as soon as I have feedback.

sorted my side.

Except for a stupid virus that didn't let me open any programs. but i wiped that out to. stupid thing.

By the way, torrents on bitcomet, flying.

Anyone tried utorrent again with multiple torrents?

EDIT : Utorrent going, i HOPE... 27kb,30kb, 3 torrents? seems all is working again at Screamer Telecoms.

I know this because when you SEE a screamer representative, things work, when it goes haywire, they all disappear.

Thought it was just me with slow speeds... f sakes. Seriously going to check out SAINET now.

i am getting seriously pissed off now. and it is only the 3rd of the month.
Cant download at a decent speed on Astraweb - getting an average of 5KB/s. Switched now to Afrihost and I am back to 38KB/s.
Almost seems to me like R 400 down the frigging toilet. Cos I am getting crap out right now.
 
Well, contacted SAINET, i can't live with these speeds anymore. very inconsistent. For R449 a month I'll give them a try. Afrihost will also be back to R14.50 per GB soon i guess.

Also might just take the GConnect route in the interim and insist on a refund from Screamer. If they don't give it to me, i will put them on hellopeter and all those other sites.
 
Still cant connect to screamer, also couldn't log onto usage and screamer hasn't debited my account yet, so here's hoping that my cancellation email was successful and I was freed from their hellish realm. Pleeeeeeeeease let it be so

Going to send the cancellation request now. Just got feedback from SAINET who seem to be good at answering emails at least!!! Unlike Screamer.

I'm out.
 
Cancelled

Yup got my Screamer yesterday and just cancelled it. Very poor connection speeds, high ping, no customer support.:mad: No response to my last 4 emails.

Good thing i have not been billed yet.

Any other companies offering uncapped 384k i can look at?
