Yes....it has few themes preinstalled. .... but that is not a launcher ... or so they say. Emotion works kind of like IOS interface

Nevermind, widgetlocker lockscreen was the answer I was looking for. Problem now is when editing my lockscreen app shortcuts to customize the icon, certain icon packs are not populating so I'm unable to select a specific icon. Balque Blue icon pack and Blaque icon pack, Mint Beta icon pack and Round Gloss Transparent are the ones that are giving me grief.

Never even noticed it lol. Just applied a Homepack with a background.

Anyway, with all the nice posts in this thread i cannot think way a person want to use IOS. I am not bashing the iPhone i just like my phone to be different.
