Could you please list me what apps I need to achieve as something similar to your th by theme.I'm not rooted
You'll need a launcher. I recommend Apex Launcher Pro or Nova Launcher Pro. You'll be amazed what you can do with the launchers.
The launchers are compatible with icon packs. A theme pack similar to that theme is Stark.
Then you can play around with widgets, I'm not sure which he used. But this is your choice.

2)There are much better launchers out there.

I dont really use widgets. I use anydo on the left adjacent screen so I glance at that sometimes. And along with that I dont really use a wide variety of apps. So everything can fit with some folders.

I got my beta code about 2 weeks ago, installed it and saw that it's basically just like Buzz Launcher. Really disappointed since I were expecting something "new & revolutionary"

I would say it is on a whole different level. With Buzz you still need to tinker with the theme a bit to get it 100%, with Themer you just hit apply and you are done.
