Sounds like an awesome relationship :D. While i agree with some advice about keeping the kid away i guess you have to ask yourself for how long? 6 months a year? I mean how will you truly know if he could be the right one for you and how long would it take? You may find everything is going awesome for the first year and then things break down. Interesting to see the views regarding the time frame and when it is right to take the chance that things may go well.

LOL HTC 8 weeks a bit long hey? :D

Never had a problem with dating single moms & their kids - mainly because I'm single - never married & don't have kids of my own - and I'm very good with kids. have noted that if the kids like u then there is a good chance of a long rewarding relationship.

so bottom line is, although not fool proof, but a good guide - if yr kids don't like him - drop him. A friend of mine got herself into a bad situation, but only found out afterwards none of her kids liked him. just be careful.
 
Cheri, sounds like you owe yourself some fun. Forget about the kid and responsibilities for the night and just have some fun. It sounds like you are long overdue a jolly good shag.

Also HTC, I'd replace that condom if it has been in your wallet constantly for any period of time. Condoms should be kept in a cool dark place until used, so store it in a cupboard when you aren't out and expecting to use it. The friction and chafing inside of a wallet for extended periods of time can weaken them I've had a few tear on me before I figured this out.

erm... its a little less than a month old, fck I never thought of that before...

not exactly a man-whore, but they generally dont go unused for a "period of time" ;)
 
Stop stressing her out about it. It sounds like she has things under control.

The guy didn't run screaming for the hills when he heard she had the kid and he has stuck around for two months without sex so he seems decent. Just let things happen. Planning too much too soon will kill a relationship pretty quickly.

Yeah, either he's VERY decent or he's some kind of slow Robot.

I would have plugged my hard drive into that motherboard long ago though, and uploaded the needed EXE files.

Any man willing to stick it out with a female who has a kid and has not put out in 2 months is without a doubt decent. No decent man is going to stick around for 2 months without some lovin :D.
