Slow Cell C Internet Lately

As of the past 2-4 days i have been experiencing slow internet with my E1820.
I used to get download speeds of 120kbps-400kbps ( LOWER than what they promised and advertised like animals)
Now i am getting 20kbps-70kbps which is just not acceptable for 3G and its not what i expected from CellC.

Has anyone noticed this or is it just me having these issues as of late?

It is so frustrating waiting for web pages to load. even google takes 10 seconds to load

I find that poor response and interruptions occur during upgrades but users are not aware that they are working on the network. I have just had a couple of day of poor service and now my speed tests reveal the following good results:

Test conducted on 15 March 2012 07:41:01 AM

Download Speed: 4540 kbps (567.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 1734 kbps (216.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 111 ms

Upload Speed: 1528 kbps (191 KB/sec transfer rate)

I conducted a test this morning. A Slight improvement however it is still under 2mb
