Small Server - Advice Needed

So I ended up getting a second hand Microserver Gen7. So far it is working great. Put Windows 10 on it and tested the build-in FTP server. Works great, but now I want to try Filezilla Server, hopefully with more security? I would also like to set up SSL connection but have no idea how that works.
