There is. Right next door to Fruit & Veg City. They seem pretty decent but you're probably better off phoning prior to the time and making arrangements for what you want. I've gone in when the place was practically empty. Wanted some oysters for Valentines and they had sold all 1800 that morning!
 
Also a great little fish market in the Dunkeld centre. Not the cheapest but always fresh.
If you don't mind a bit of a drive (and you have a special visa), the best fish market I've come across in Jozie is [-]Rio do Sol (or Casa do Sol - anyway something with sun in the name )[/-] Rio D'Ouro down Main Street in the South

Smoked; flaked; mixed with home-made lemon mayonnaise and capers. Served on melba toast. Mmmm...

MMm if you drive with skinner in way past city centre in direction the bakery they are somewhere close to that.. one street up. but you can fine them in the yellow pages:D
