Im reading lots of posts of people that had jumped ship after the MWEB saga, are now going back to MWEB after trying a number of other ISP's

After all the anger, all the flaming and signature changes to "click here to cancel MWEB" I find this quite amusing.

So who is man enough to own up to going back to MWEB?

:D

What? Afrihost Uncapped is baws. I'll jump back to MWEB one day if their policies sort themselves out sometime. AND if Afrihost lets me down.

I actually save R170 for double the line speed I had at MWEB. No brainer. They won't see me again.

I wish we could get a poll going (please mod?) of which BACKBONE everyone is using

IS vs MWEB vs MTN vs SAIX/TELKOM

'Twas a Dark and Stormy night the past couple of weeks in Gauteng and MWEB are giving away free routers..

I never used Mweb before a few people got upset and started spamming the Mybroadband forums with inane crap. However, I did 'jump ship' from Afrihost to Mweb a couple of months back after having dealt with Afrihost's unbelievably bad ADSL products for a year and a half. With Afrihost my webbrowsing snailed along at 16kB/s on a good day, and it could take up to a minute to load a simple image. Remember when you were on dial-up? Yeah, that's what Afrihost was like for me. So I moved to Mweb, I'm saving some money and my internet connection is faster than it has ever been with Afrihost.

Too soon for April 1st jokes.

No thanks.

Mweb: issue with line = around 2 to 6 hours on hold, talking to idiots, talking to arrogant idiots and constant pain in arse.

Current isp: issue with line, call contact on cellphone, he drops everything and sorts my :D

Nope, not yet. My 4Mb premium Uncapped was only doing 1Mb after 19:00. When I canceled it last week (account will expire at end of month) suddenly tests now show 2Mb. (Just testing every now and then to see what it compares to other ISP's tests)

My Cybersmart Capped 20Gb account gets the highest, 3.4Mb download. So sticking to that for now, hope 20Gb a month is enough for playing BF4 lol

Never left. Their service has worked perfectly for me
