Hi Pitbull
What facts were missing?? (besides all the facts that were omitted in the opening thread)

I think we can all agree that a job (cleaning of valves needed to be done) Wayne clearly states he was going to bring the bike in during the holidays to get this done.
Unfortunatly this could not wait till the holidays to be done (clearly as the bike was not starting we all agree upon this.)
We did the job I even said to him he could pay this off as he clearly did not want/have the money now (as wanted to wait till holidays)
So we all know a job needed to be done.
I even gave him a FREE courtesy bike whilst the job was being done, and delivered the bike to his work (as he could not get away from work).
So to recap Free Courtesy Bike
Delivered Bike when job was done
Offered for him to delay payment
Discounted job by more than 50%
That is for sure more than any bike shop would have done!
Youre right in a way maybe I should have carried on going to court getting the full R1500 for the job done as I believe I have more than enough proof, eg receipts, phone calls, witness etc.
Yes I want to defend my name but I feel what me and Wayne have now agreed upon is fine and yes there will always be people that do not belive my side thats fine because thats life. But going to court only attorneys win.
I am glad this thread came about and I am sure Wayne will give you all an update on whether or not Zest Bikes sorts his bike out this Saturday.
Shake and Bake your comment is so true. Surely everyone just wants this situation resolved and to enjoy the holidays.
Hopefully on Saturday it will be.
It's Saturday. So what's the latest?
