Coonected my PC via HDMI cable to Sony, but it doesn't fill the whole screen. Black border all around, zoom etc doesn't help, as part of the display goes off, what is the correct settings for this TV please?

If you are using XP, check your resolution is "widescreen" ie,1365x768 or 1920x1080 (dependant on your grafix card). Then also check aspect ratio is set to 16:9. if you on wndows 7, same resolution settings, but set aspect to landscape. Other than this i am not sure.

Running Win7, settings as you describe, 1920x1080 etc. Guess I'll have to fiddle around. If I connect the Xbox, works properly i.e. full screen.

I know certain LCD's, like the Samsung, you have to use the HDMI port "reserved" for PC input. Perhaps try another hdmi in, usually it's hdmi 2 that is kept for PC. Also check the version of the hdmi cable? 1.3a or b? Perhaps send a message to Sony or the makers of your grafix card, maybe they will reply.
