Springboks vs England 2012 - 3 Test tour

All of the 5 franchises' first-choice scrummies won't let the Boks down - that is if you take Piet Van Zyl as 1st choice at the Cheetahs.

But if you want the best, pick Hougaard. 2nd choice, probably McLeod, but very close between the four behind Hougaard.

And yes, only my opinion aswell.

Hahaha, you missed the point i was trying to make, there is no team on earth i would pick them in, maybe if January opted to play Hooker/Prop :P

I just don’t rate Macloed, i think we probably have 10 scrumhalves at our disposal beter than him

I'm also not a huge fan of McLeod, to be honest. We lack quality scrumhalves if Hougaard isn't there. I like Duvenage, but he's a bit of a no-show this year, and I doubt that he's test match material. Sarel Pretorius is good, though... :o

Must say I also like the look of the fan's choice. with a bench of another 7 players I am sure we can bring on a brilliant 22 man side for the England tests.

If Vermuelen was fit, Alberts had a better season ect ect I would not have picked Spies.
Bismarck / Struass, half a dozen of one, 6 of the other.
Steyn/Bash - Two different players - Steyn prob because he knows the "Bok" plan better and with VERY limited time to the England test this might just be the deal breaker.
