Maybe the MD's message for 2009 will be something like: "We have exceeded everyone's expectations during the past 12 months by charging our customers to pay less and right after that worsened a barely existing service. This year will be even more exciting..."

No doubt...
What I would be interested in is Shaun Green's message for 2009.

Hang on.. Wait.. Oh... Yes... Almost forgot, he only posts scripted 'one liners' and then disappears without a trace...

Would probably go something like this...
"We-politely-decline-to-confirm-or-deny-any-allegations-blah-blah-blah- please-click-this-link-to-download-our-lawyers-latest-scheme-to-take-more-of-your-money".
