I have applied for a new fiber service via Afrihost on the 28th of Feb 2023, yet until today(8 March) I'm still waiting for a call from Vumatel to schedule an appointment with me. Ref: VC-030323-701595. It cannot possibly take this long to have an ONT installation scheduled, when the physical fiber is already available. No followup from Afrihost, the buck is passed the Vumatel, who we as customers cannot contact directly. At the end of the day, as the middleman, Afrihost is the responsible party.
