Stop Sign Traffic Fine

I yield because the were no cars from right and left hence I didn't completely complete. I'm wrong for doing that I do stop at stop signs, like someone said sometimes we do that when it's not busy. The is no excuse for my behavior but the way you guys carrying on, one would swear you guys have never broke road rules. I was simply asking for going rate for not stopping at a stop sign and if I have to appear in court on the 30 August 2017.

Honestly I did not need this thing of people telling me I'm wrong since I know and admitted that I'm wrong.

My issue is not with the yield or no yield, so don't worry about that, I sometime do the same... if there are no other vehicles around, even behind me, my issue was just because you said you were sure you didn't have to...

Far Canal. It was a Stop sign. Not a Pause sign. STFU & pay the blasted fine.

Oh, and then, stop driving like a plonker and STOP at STOP signs.

Cnuts like you are the reason I've buried 2 friends.

Fknut.

Why the huge carrot up your anus!

If you pay the fine (admission of guilt), reduced or not, you do not have to appear in court. Also the R800 seems to be the going rate.

While your busy revisiting the rules of the road, please give this some attention as well.

Situation dependant, I also don't stop dead at certain spots. Hi-jack risk/smash and grab is too great at times.

I remember this rule quite well.

However, every day I have to turn right into a very busy double lane road which has a speed limit of 80km/h that many drivers don't adhere to. I tend to look right and then left and then right again because the right hand side has approaching cars that are nearest to me and having turned, I can travel in a vacant lane if there are cars coming from the left and they are in the outside lane.

Perhaps the left, right, left looking practice applies because it takes longer to reach the opposite side of the road and therefore one needs a larger gap if one is crossing the road.

This post has nothing to do with people who don't know that STOP means HALT.

We are not attacking you. What pisses me off more, is that road users accelerate when they see an amber light at a robot instead of breaking and stopping.

No stress man I also get pissed when someone break the road rules, like taxi drivers who just turn without indicating.

The situation today remember that we must obey road rules all the time, I'm very fortunate that my yielding stop did not harm anyone.

You can easily get it down to R200 if you write a nice letter and apologize. We can help you if you wish.

Oh, now I understand why I have been sworn at by drivers behind me for actually stopping at a stop sign. Its because some are under the impression that its how it should work, i.e the stop sign is only there for dramatic effect at that intersection. Nothing more.

Where do you guys get this thing that I said yield is right. Someone said I'm a hazard I said it's like he has never yield before. You guys make it like I said yielding is okay.
