How about Local-Only Uncapped(No threshold on weekends and 8pm-6pm weekdays)?

I know i would be first to sign up,either saix or IS....whose with me?

Is there a market for this product?

Definitely SAIX rather than IS but for sure I'd be in! By then I'm sure there will be a lot more content to use the bandwidth up on.

It's uncapped yes, but you pay per GB used after your threshold. I think what he means is a base cost with no additional costs per GB applying.
