Suggestions for pwntunes replacement

Is there no app or add on for a replacement to this wonderful extension
I have searched the net and still cant find something that will work on any pc without Itunes.( no need for iphone/ipod drivers.msi files..etc)

Why is it that this is the only application ever made for this purpose:wtf:
Is there nothing out there like this.
If you know about one like this please share this with me.

Did you do your home work.You still need itunes files for this.What if another pc dont have media monkey.Basically one needs a universal disk mode app for the device .pwntunes is the only one out there on the net,this is so hard to believe.

listen sorry...maybe i projected this a bit strong*sounded pretty daft*well thanks forthe help but actually i was looking for a replacement to that program.This is installed on the ipod and not software on a pc or mac.
