Did I just not sign up.

I find this thread after I made a purchase.

I just got the delivery today. The guy help me set up the device around 7.30pm same day, after a device setup I switch it off and the router is now not switching on at all. I mean, I am shocked to say the least. I am so disappointed.

They paying idiots.
Fire them and employ some decent tech savy people and make MORE money.

They a sales company moonlighting as an ISP.Making the sales is more important then actually running a proper ISP and providing decent support.

This is why it's sad - there is a market, they can make way more money - instead, they a joke.
So, out of 10 people, 1 works, 9 moan. horrible way to make money.
