If this continues I'm definitely switching to Openserve and an ISP like Afrihost or Cool Ideas. I'm not in clawback period anymore - it's just a pain to deal with canceling and getting a new line.
I'm also not sure if I would have to start a new clawback period if I sign up with Openserve, as they may charge an activation fee

I would have to guess that this is what's currently affecting us? It's really incredible that I have to go to another ISPs website to find out what's wrong with mine since they don't have a status tab on theirs, and probably for good reason

@cavedog hate to tag you and apologies if it bothers you but you don't know anything more on this maybe? These call center agents are driving us insane and keep blaming Vuma for all their problems. Just really frustrating
