Supersport Windows App Problems

My Supersport Windows App stopped working suddenly.

It gives me an error message stating: "Your device is unable to connect. Make sure you are connected to the internet then try again"

Anyone else getting the same error?

Same old same old DSTV issues. Rinse & repeat. It's not you, if that's any consolation. A friend just called me the other day with the same issue. It came right for him the next day.

And why these idiots cannot have up-to-the-minute sport updates on their Supersport active app? If they cannot do it, why not link to the international feeds for the info. They are always available. As for the stupid "Welcome to our online coverage of....." that's linked to the website, But carries NO USER INFORMATION via Explora or any decoder. Really Estie Kretschmer - Why can the info not carry thru to the decoder as well?
