Sync Outlook and GMail contacts and calendar

I have a Gmail account and use Outlook as my email client. Both are set to IMAP so my emails are always in sync
I am looking for a solution to keep my contacts and calendar in sync
What is the best method for this?

I use Google calendar sync for the calendar part.

/I don't sync contacts.
