Takealot - here we go again

So I placed an order yesterday and paid an additional fee for collection at the Milnerton pickup point - btw item is in stock (Apple watch)

After receiving no confirmation of my order being ready for collection I finally get a notification that the order was cancelled, credited and placed again.

As usual it is impossible to speak to anyone at Takealot who can resolve the issue - just your usual "they are not available"

Maybe someone from Takealot is watching this forum and can provide some service - unlikely but we can live in hope

Even though they confirmed the item was defective and within warranty, they canceled the return. Then concluded it without feedback and without returning my defective or replaced item.

Does anyone have a contact at Takealot?
I've tried email, Facebook, their website, everyfing...

I just got the usual "We'll follow up and get back to you" response. Since the end of March.
The contact I'm referring to is someone PM a number or email of a person in Takealot who can actually make something happen.
CAll number ask for a manager dont think you will get more than that
