So I placed an order yesterday and paid an additional fee for collection at the Milnerton pickup point - btw item is in stock (Apple watch)
After receiving no confirmation of my order being ready for collection I finally get a notification that the order was cancelled, credited and placed again.
As usual it is impossible to speak to anyone at Takealot who can resolve the issue - just your usual "they are not available"
Maybe someone from Takealot is watching this forum and can provide some service - unlikely but we can live in hope
