Thanks.. The portable version is only available on the Premium version.

Teamviewer is currently on special (only R280 off :( )... I might get it, anyone know if they offer any further discount ?

I also see that affiliates get commission, so if there is anyone interested in making commission, send me your link affiliate, and maybe give me half the commission :)
 
Teamviewer is a brilliant peice of software. We use it everyday and it does make life eaiser.

I find the price a bit excessive (instead of 9k I think 3k) as there are lots of alternatives. If it were not so expensive I think we would have purchased it. But because that we just use the free version and just ignore the commercial usage messages.

I have also been using the free version for a while, but getting kicked off every 5 minutes then waiting (2 mins) to reconnect is a hassle... There are ways to clean up the installation so it looks like a new installation and won't have limits.

I went ahead and purchased the Premium version, I am a member of a computer organisation and luckily checked their website and they had a coupon code so I managed to get 10% off the total price. I have seven days to decide if I want to pay or I will cancel before the 7 days expire.
 
We have 4 licences. It's an excellent tool that still performs well on a strained internet connection. Never had any connection issues whereby it has been blocked by firewalls, proxies etc. The file transfer and chat features are also very useful.
