Telkom ADSL - Bramley North - Mweb Uncapped

The service has been up and down all week. Now its completely dead. I dont think its a sync issue or a telkom issue. But I stand to be corrected. I also havent tried other login accounts.

Is anyone aware of this? Is it a Mweb problem??

Any news or updates would be welcomed....
 
The best thing to do would be to pester Mweb Tech support. After they tell you it is Telkom's fault, pester them. they'll send someone out to the exchange where the problem most probably lies. I had a similar problem after upgrading from a 5 Gig Mweb capped account to an uncapped account. would get max 5kb/s download. then internet would die for a day etc.
 
can you see modem stats on your router? if theres no stats line ain't working which is telkom problem
 
Problem was the mweb uncapped accounts. Looks like they still got issues. LoL... For once Telkom had nothing to do with it...
 
How did you figure out that it was an mweb problem (I'm also on the Bramley exchange, and with mweb uncapped)?

Mr MWEB Guy I've similar problems but since over 2 weeks now. Telkom has been to my place and tell me there is nothing wrong with the line at my place or at the exchange. Today they came again for the second time and said the same thing. I've a 4MB uncapped connection with MWeb. Some days there is no sync and even when it do get connectivity at best the speeds are like dialup with disconnects every few minutes. I did PM you my details and if you can please sort this out. Dankie.
